PrankPortal uses AI to make realistic prank calls to your friends. You pick a scenario (or write your own), enter your friend's phone number and some context about them, and our AI agent calls them. The AI handles the entire conversation in real-time. After the call, you get a full transcript of everything that was said.

Yes! Every user gets free prank calls daily. If you want more, you can purchase credit packs starting at just $0.99 — no subscription required. We also offer optional subscription plans for heavy users.

No. If a call fails to connect or encounters an error, your credit is automatically refunded to your account. You'll see the credit returned to your balance within a few minutes. If you notice a credit wasn't returned, please email us at [email protected].

If you purchased credits and had a poor experience due to a service issue on our end, we're happy to help. Email [email protected] with your account email and a description of the issue, and we'll review your case within 24 hours.

For purchases made through the App Store or Google Play, refunds are processed through the respective platform. You can request a refund directly from Apple or Google Play.

No. The call comes from a different phone number — your personal number is never shown. The AI uses a completely different voice, so there's no way for the recipient to identify you from the call itself.

PrankPortal currently supports calls to phone numbers in the United States and Canada. We're working on expanding to more regions in the future.

If you subscribed on the web, you can manage or cancel your subscription from the app — open the pricing panel and look for "Manage Subscription." If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, you'll need to cancel through your device's subscription settings.

You can request account deletion at prankportal.com/delete-account. We'll verify your identity via email OTP and permanently delete all your data, including call history and transcripts.

We take misuse very seriously. You can opt out of all future calls by registering your number on our Do Not Call list. If you're being harassed, please email [email protected] with as much detail as possible and we'll investigate and take action against the offending account.

Yes! PrankPortal is available as an Android app on the Google Play Store. You can also use the web version on any mobile browser — it works great on both iPhone and Android. An iOS app is coming soon.
